Reputation is Everything! Brando Pistorius fights back against lies by evicted tenant and irresponsible website postings. Brando and I have spent our entire lives building the honest reputation that our friends, family and clients can trust. We have stood by those whenever they are in need, and support every individuals' right to enjoy the life and liberty that God has blessed us with. We can not complain when we have been given so many blessings, particularly health, freedom, intelligence and abilities. Everyone does not get that unique combination of blessings. Some people do not understand that tearing down those who are blessed does not make the less fortunate, or the dishonest, any better off. Yes, reputation is everything. And when someone maliciously and falsely attacks your reputation, you would think there would be a legal remedy for that. Well, not on the internet. An irresponsible website with hundreds of complaints and lawsuits against it, allows any lie to be posted with absolutely no accountability to the truth. They refuse to remove the false postings, for anyone, at anytime, never to correct the lies, even after given proof of the false nature. We had to evict a non-paying tenant who thought she could "squat" in our rental home for much longer than we would allow. After the Courts issued a Writ of Possession and we hired a Sheriff for Eviction, it was also necessary for us to spend time and money to gain a Judgment against the tenant for false claims and damages. Even after prevailing on all of these issues, there is no way to stop her from writing false statements, lies and completely untrue allegations on a website. There is no legal way to compel that website to remove the false statements, as they claim they have no liability, since they were not the author of the statements. We are saddened by the fact that we have no way to correct this injustice. If you are reading this page, then you were probably forwarded from one of the url's we purchased, hoping to be able to minimize the damage this horrible person and this irresponsible website has inflicted on us. Our hope is that Google will one day consider the damage that is done by these websites who make their living allowing false accusations to be posted. There is no possible remedy to have it removed, even after you have proven the statements to be false. I suppose there is no profit in the truth for these people. And the more you rebut the story, the more the false statements are seen on the search engines. The rebuttals are virtually invisible. Please consider the source if you have seen this horrible defamation of an impeccable character. Brando has always treated every individual with respect and courtesy. His professionalism and ethics are beyond reproach. There is not one article on the internet (except for this one incident) that has ever indicated anything beyond the honest man Brando has proven himself to be. We both work very hard, and we donate hundreds of hours each month to charitable work and contributions. Please consider our life's work when making your decision on our reputation. Better yet, talk to anyone who has known us or worked with us. Except perhaps the tenants we have had to evict! And to set that record completely straight, we have never evicted anyone who was elderly, ill, or disabled. Our non-paying tenants are usually, and ironically, young enough, and able bodied enough, to get work and pay rent. They have chosen to prioritize their lives otherwise.
